The Angel Network
The Angel Network is a non-profit LLC, angel investor group, affiliated with the Center for Innovation at Arlington. As an organization, the Network educates and coaches early stage companies in our region, for the purpose of assisting their growth and providing companies early stage venture funding opportunities, thereby improving the local economy. Members take an active role to identify, screen, and assist early-stage companies seeking investment capital. Members invest individually in the deals they like.
The Network acts as a facilitator of the investment process, providing members with a forum in which to view, analyze and monitor investment opportunities. The Network does not provide members or others with investment advice and does not make investments for its own account.
As a non-profit, the Network can stay focused on providing value to the members, focused on “deal flow” throughout all of North Texas. Through it’s affiliation with a statewide network, the Network also offers members the opportunity to review deal flow from other regions, effectively syndicating opportunities throughout Texas.
